How do I get an Apostille stamp on a secondary education certificate?
Studying abroad often begins with the preparation of the school documents. If you are preparing for admission to universities in Italy, Spain, Austria, England, Germany (and other European countries), you need to legalize your certificate with grades by affixing a seal Apostille. Apostille is needed for those countries that have signed the Hague Convention of 1961. If the certificate is stamped with an Apostille, your document is considered authentic in other States that have signed the Hague Convention.
Where is the apostille put?
The apostille is a special square-shaped stamp. Depending on the type of document, it is affixed either to the document itself, or stitched with a separate sheet.
Where to put an apostille on the original certificate?
Regardless of the city of issue of the document (Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa), the apostille on the certificate is placed in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MES) in Kyiv.

Some countries (Italy, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Portugal, Switzerland, Israel, Spain) do not trust the translation of a document with one apostille, therefore they require an apostille on the translation. In this case, the apostille confirms the authenticity of the notarized copy and translation and gives full legal force to your document.

A notarized copy of educational documents is not accepted for apostille affixing in the Ministry.
