Legalization of documents for Iran in Kyiv (Ukraine)

Documents issued on the territory of Ukraine have legal force exclusively in Ukraine. If you want to fully use documents abroad, and more specifically in Iran, you need to legalize them through Consular legalization.

** EXCEPTION consists of a marriage certificate and a Police Clearance Certificate, a certificate of marital status:
1. Marriage Certificate (the first step is affixing the seal of the Ministry of Justice on the original document, the second step is affixing the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also on the original, and only then - translation);
2. Police Clearance Certificate (the first step is the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the original, the second step is a notarized translation)

IMPORTANT! Certification of documents in the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Iran can be done only in Kyiv. At the same time, the personal presence of the owner of the documents is not required. It is enough to make a power of attorney for the company’s employees, provide the original document and a copy of the passport.
