For which countries is the apostille affixed?
The apostille is affixed to Ukrainian documents that should be used on the territory of the countries that have signed the Hague Convention. See the list of participating countries below.
For which countries it is not necessary to affix an apostille on documents?
1. If you are preparing documents for a country that has not joined the Hague Convention, and it is not on the list of participating countries, you need to submit documents for the consular legalization procedure.
2. If you are preparing documents for submission in a country that has signed the Hague Convention, but an agreement has been signed between our countries to cancel or simplify the procedure for legalizing documents, you do not need an apostille.
