* passport of a citizen of Ukraine - within 30 days;
* documents for the car;
* military ID card - you need to inform the military enlistment office about the change of name within 14 days;
* international passport;
* INN. The information that you have changed your full name will be received by the tax inspectorate in the course of interdepartmental interaction. You do not have the obligation to change the certificate of registration with the tax authority, but if you wish, you can do it;
* work record;

Most of these documents can be issued in the centers of public services of the Central National Research Center.
