What is the validity period of the Police Clearance Certificate?
The validity period of the certificate for use in the territory of Ukraine is up to 1 month, for use in another country (abroad) from 3 months to six months. The date of issue of the certificate is indicated in the document.

For what purposes is a Police Clearance Certificate issued?
A Police Clearance Certificate is issued for a specific purpose: participation in a tender, registration for work, adoption of a child, registration of a permit for weapons, for a visa, to educational institutions of foreign countries, for public procurement, to the military enlistment office, for registration of citizenship, for registration of documents or at the place of request.

What is the form of a Police Clearance Certificate in Ukraine?
All certificates have one form regulated by the legislation and are unchanged. Only the applicant’s data and the purpose of the certificate will be changed.
The certificate contains the following data: citizenship, full name, date of birth, place of birth, date of issue of the certificate and the purpose for which such a document was issued.
In addition to the information about the applicant, the certificate indicates:
